House Rescue - How it works

Step 1 - Enquire and Discuss

An appointment is made to view your home at a mutually convenient time, to discuss your needs, ideas, and preferences.

Step 2 - Amendments and Approval

A draft proposal is submitted for your approval. Adjustments can be made if necessary, prior to any work.

Step 3 - Rescue

Harry Armistead Limited purchases your property from you and moves you and your belongings into local, temporary accommodation, provided by us (usually a previously ‘Rescued’ home) whilst the work is carried out. The whole process usually takes about 3 months to complete but can vary depending upon how many alterations are required. During this time you will be constantly updated and advised of the progress.

Step 4 - Return

We will help you move back into your newly refurbished and modernised home. You can now enjoy your new premium facilities in familiar surroundings. You will already have the extra funds available from the sale of your home to enjoy without the burden of ongoing maintenance.
